A Hudson Valley resident, Leo Wiegman founded E to the fourth in 2008 and serves as instigator-in-chief for this environmental communications service. Leo is author of forthcoming books on Climate Solutions, residential home design, and renewable energy resources, as well as a contributor to energy related periodicals. Previously, Leo worked in book publishing for many years, most recently as an editor at W. W. Norton & Company publishing non-fiction books in basic sciences, photography, the environment and current affairs for general readers and for college courses. In 2009, Leo was elected Mayor of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson where he also served as Trustee from 2001 to 2007. Leo serves on the County’s Steering Committee for the Indian Brook-Croton Gorge Watershed Conservation Action Plan to unify land use and conservation efforts and is a Trustee of Teatown Lake Reservation in Ossining. Born in the Netherlands, Leo grew up in New Hampshire, and is a graduate of Tufts University, where he majored in eclecticism.
